A patch test identifies allergic reactions to eyelash adhesive before full application. It prevents discomfort, redness, or swelling and ensures we use safe products tailored to your sensitivity profile.
We recommend scheduling a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your eyelash appointment, ideally 48 hours. This allows time to detect delayed reactions and confirm safety before the full extension service.
A tiny amount of the adhesive is applied to a discreet area (behind the ear or inner arm) and observed for 24–48 hours. Our technician checks for redness, itching, swelling, or other reactions and records results.

Yes. If more than 7–8 lashes fall within one week of your appointment, we provide a complimentary touch-up to restore fullness. Book within seven days and mention your original appointment for eligibility.
No — prior extensions don’t guarantee tolerance to a new adhesive. We require patch testing for first-time clients or when adhesives or formulas change, protecting your eyes and natural lashes.
